Digital Problem Photo Criteria:
Objective: 5 points
Did I shoot the problem as its stated?
Did I turn in my photograph on time in the appropriate location?
Is it a recent photograph? You need to shoot a new photograph for each word. On the rare exception, I will allow older images, however you need to consult me first
Shooting Skills / Editing: 10 points
Is my image designed well?
Is it a snap shot?
Is the image high quality? Is it pixellated?
I have considered cropping and rotating to enhance my image
I have color corrected my image.

Every image you upload to your online portfolio must have a description that is appropriate for the image. For color theory, you MUST write down the color scheme that you utilized. For others, describe your image and your thoughts.

Cause Collage
Problem Statement:
Create a collage in the dada style that visually represents an issue that you feel strongly about. This issue can be something that affects the world, a country, a particular group of people or even just yourself. This collage will be about showcasing awareness, a possible solution or both.
This problem is going to require you to work outside of class. By tomorrow, come up with 2 topics that you can create your collage on. These must be written down and will be graded.
- Must be an issue you care about. Do not just pick an issue because you think it will be easy.
- Visually raise awareness for or a possible solution to the issue.
- Must be school appropriate
- Have 2 ideas just in case your top choice is not accepted.

Digital Problem #1 - Color Theory
For your color theory shooting problem, you will need to create an artwork that showcases a color their. Your image can be a single image, diptych, triptych, double exposure etc. Use your own digital cameras to shoot this problem. If you need a digital camera to use, you must let me know at least a week before the due date. This artwork is due by Friday, March 18th at 11:59 PM. It must be submitted to the Photo 1 group pool. You also must write down the color scheme that you are using in the caption. Take a look at the list of color schemes and slideshow below for inspiration.
